Question: Where did you grow up?
Answer: Covesville, Virginia – small town 20 minutes outside of Charlottesville.
Q: What is something new you would like to learn how to do outside of work?
A: I want to learn to rock climb!
Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time? What are your hobbies?
A: I love to read, spend time with my 9 year old son, and draw!
Q: If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A: I would be a dolphin! When I was little I always wanted to be a teacher OR a sea world trainer!
Q: What is your favorite children’s book?
A: Any Roald Dahl book, but I LOVE the Napping House by Audrey Wood
Q: What food do you make that is your specialty?
A: I make a great baked ziti dish!
Q: What’s Your Favorite Starbucks Drink?
A: Venti Non-fat Cinnamon Douche Latte.
Q: Who was your favorite teacher growing up? Why?
A: Mrs. Farris my first grade teacher! She was the absolute best storyteller.
Q: What are things that instantly make me happy?
A: My son Keaton, Daisies and coffee!
Q: My favorite holiday is:
A: 4th of July.
Q: What is one personal fact that no one would ever guess about you?
A: I was accepted to FIT in New York City for fashion design!
Q: What’s the greatest bit of advice a parent or mentor has given you?
A: You are the only one that has the power to make you happy!
Q: How many years have you taught preschool?
A: 12 years!
Q: Do you have pets? If so what are they and what are their names?
A: Yes! George, he’s a Yorkshire Terrier.
