Our friends at Carmel Mountain Preschool in San Diego, California, are all about healthy (and delicious) food. Our friend Arianne, who owns Carmel Mountain Preschool, is known for making everything from scratch- from her almond milk, to her yogurt- she has made it from scratch! She has a fabulous garden where she picks her veggies and fruits too! Arianne always has fantastic healthy recipes. She recently shared a healthy dessert smoothie on her blog for those of us who have a sweet tooth! We immediately tried her smoothie and it was too yummy not to share! Blend all ingredients together. To make the smoothie thicker, add more banana, to make the smoothie thinner, add water. Enjoy!
