Tada! Introducing Our New Logo

Here's Why We're Excited:

We are thrilled to announce that we have a new and improved logo! It has been a long time coming and over the years we have put the idea of completely rebranding our school on the back burner because we thought it would take too much time- we would rather have put that time and energy into our kids!

We got super lucky when our former Bright Beginnings Crozet parents, Jason and Ahna See offered to improve our logo and website for us. They really saved the day! They spent endless hours redoing our logo and website- all without any fuss! We want to take this time to thank them for an amazing job- you both were super fast, responsive and really made the process easy and fun! Thank you for letting us do what we do best- care for our kids and listening to our ideas to make the best logo ever for our schools!

Bright Beginnings Preschool is turning 32 years old this year- we're oldest and most experienced locally owned preschool in Charlottesville! Being around that long is something we are especially proud of. Getting to see the kids we taught as preschoolers become moms and dads themselves is so incredibly special- there really is nothing like it!

But after 32 years, our logo was in need makeover. We have made changes to our logo a few times over the years but nothing like we did this time. Ever since 1984 we have focused on giving our kids (and their family) the ‘Bright Beginning’ they deserve. The sun in our logo has always represented that, and it was very important to us to have the continuation of the sun in the final version of our logo.

Along with the sun, the tree represents growth, family, stability and new beginnings. Our little birds represent our little ones, being apart of our family- and if you look closely, the birds wings are in the shape of hearts! We love how our tree leaves are in the shapes of circles which to us screams preschool learning!

We are excited to have a logo that truly feels like our own.

A Look Back in Time!

Our fabulous former Pre-K teacher and Program Director, Ms. Cara, with her future husband Tony Schaffer wearing our logo in 1992! Since 1992, Ms. Cara married Tony, moved to Indiana, became a public school 2nd grade teacher (she just won teacher of the year at Robey Elementary School!) and is the proud mama of twin college aged boys!
