Bright Beginnings, Charlottesville’s #1 Preschool is looking to add a positive and productive Office Manager to our team. Position is currently OPEN!
REQUIRED:

The position requires:

  • Experience managing a staff of 12 or more
  • 3+ years experience managing a busy office
  • ability to multi-task with a smile
  • College or associate’s degree or CDA or management experience
  • Successful sales experience
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Ability to confidently and enthusiastically make sales calls
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs
  • Experience or ability to learn very quickly systems Procare, Tadpoles and Childcare CRM
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
