We have several immediate, full-time opportunities at our three locations: Crozet, Forest Lakes, and Mill Creek! We are looking for mature and responsible teachers with at least three years of experience, but are willing to train if your Core Values align with ours!

We value candidates who are mature, energetic, positive, honest, and creative. You must be an outstanding communicator, a strong problem solver, and able to function with a bit of chaos. Building rapport with parents and co-workers is essential as are organizational skills and lesson planning.

REQUIRED:

Prior experience with children 5 and under at licensed preschool
At least one-year commitment more would be preferred
Bachelors or similar degree preferred
No criminal background
Punctual and reliable
Positive attitude
Team player

DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

Teaching ages 3 months – 5 years old
Lesson Planning
Cleaning and Preparing Classrooms Daily
Diaper Changing (appropriate ages)
Picking up Children if needed
Working as a Team with Co-Teachers
Showing up for Work Every Day and On-Time
